When I hit the elliptical machine in the mornings, only certain kinds of music will do. It has to upbeat with a little (okay maybe a lot) of bass in it.
This is one of my favorites to start with. It’s called Pray, by Cece Winans
Blessed Sunday all!

I should note that this is not actually a worship song, as few ofthe most popular Christian records today are, LOL. I’m usually quite the stickler about that kind of thing as anyone who has read here for a while already knows.
That doesn’t mean that I don’t recognize a place for music that is uplifting and focused on whatever things are lovely, noble, and of good report, even if they aren’t pure worship.
When I’m working out, I tend to relax my standards down to: Is the beat good? It is encouraging? Is it void of Biblical heresy?
Isn’t that a Billboard Category: Top 40 Hits Void of Biblical Heresy ?
LOL… good times. And a good tune, thanks for sharing.
LOL, Nic.
Not sure if that’s a category. I’m sure there are Christians who think it should be.
